It was a breeze working with Jimmy and his team at Caliber Home Loans ! As soon as I spotted an opprotunity to Refinance my existing Mortgage, they quickly jumped on to it to get me locked in a great rate. To add to it, just a few days before closure , the rates dropped even further and Jimmy was courteous enough to accomodate lower rates at the last moment. Answered all my questions patiently, they were timely, and they helped me lock down a great rate for refinancing! They worked with me to get all the paperwork done while still holding for the best rate to lock in during this crazy volatile refinance market created by the Covid 19 pandemic. We were patient and it paid off, because the rates went down! They were proactive in reaching out to me and keeping me in the loop during the entire process. Could not be happier!!
