Our waiter was fine, it took forever to get what we ordered, and while I was eating, 2 different people tried to take away my dishes. We also were seated by the door (SUPER COLD) and asked to move and they moved us to another table by the door.

Food was as good as ever. We were seated at the smallest table available, which was really fine, there were two of us having brunch. What i didn't appreciate was being asked to leave by the waitress. She claimed there were reservations but there were empty tables everywhere.

Our 7pm reservation got us sat down at 7:40. On a Tuesday. Food was solidly ok as was the service. They did comp us appetizers as an apology, but I would say the experience wasn’t worth it.
There was not enough wait staff for lunch time on a week day and it took forever to order. Breakfast meal was disappointing.
I normally love Ted’s but this time something made me and friend super sick. We both had the Brussel sprouts, I had steak & he had an omelette. He was ill immediately and I was about 20 minutes after eating there. We were so sick we had to cancel our plans for the remainder of the evening. It’s safe to say we won’t be eating there again.
Summer Lobster roll was overpriced for the amount of lobster (spoonful) on the sandwich. The brioche bread was not fresh it was a bit dry.

We dined at the restaurant last night in celebration of Mother’s Day. Regrettably, we were disappointed with the quality of the food, particularly with two dishes: the crab chowder and the parmesan chicken. The chowder was served lukewarm, and the chicken was quite tough, making it difficult to cut through. We sincerely hope that the quality of the food will improve moving forward.
