The hostess was charming, but we were seated in the back busboy room where they were folding napkins. It was over 83 degrees in the space and was very uncomfortable. My crabcake Benedict was served cold, and my daughter’s chicken was served with pickles even though we requested no pickles. The iced tea had no ice and the water was also warm. So the food was the worst I’ve ever had at a Ted’s. Let’s say this was a one-off since normally we enjoy our outings to Ted’s.
Things have gone down hill at this location. Manager I’m sure
Very slow and very poor service. Unwelcoming. Food was good but we waited over an hour to get served
Food wasn’t great and made me feel sick an hour later. Service was very good.
Wasn’t enjoyable at all and the food was meh at best.
Despite having a reservation, we were seated at the first booth by the door, which meant we wore our coats during the entire meal and our food was cold within 5 minutes of being served. Highly disappointing.
Manager does not know how to run a restaurant on a Friday night.1 bartender for a full house plus 10 tables including outside. The guy was lusting his butt with no help.
Our waitress was terrible, she ignored us and visibly had an attitude anytime she was speaking to us. It was perplexing, maybe she was just having a bad day
Restaurant in desperate need of a person managing waiters. Restaurant was empty, but waiters made us sit next to the reception desk, so that we could enjoy all her phone calls and discussion with all other guests. Waiter gave us one glass of water and never came back. Food was ok.
