My steak was overcooked, they forget my eggs, it took 25minutes once we were seated to get a drink, and the waitress didn't come back after bringing us our drinks, despite checking on other tables. She wasn't even the person who brought our food. My friend said her chicken was also over cooked and rubbery. We've been there many times before and usually they are quality, but this was a truly bad experience

Our server was busy eating breakfast at the bar instead of serving us therefore our experience was very negative. I will not being coming back to this restaurant chain. I suggest Founding Farmers - it's slightly more expensive but the food is better and the service is better (b/c it literally could not be worse).

Amazingly almost every part of our order was wrong from the salad to 2 out of 3 entrees, after repeating it twice when the waiter originally "wrote it down." He wasn't terribly apologetic and didn't even offer a discount or free dessert or anything! It was super disappointing because I had out of town guests that were excited to eat here and we could have gone to a million other places and had a better value and better quality meal :(
The food was bland and the service was awful. Great atmosphere, but I won’t be back.
This was my first time at Ted's Bulletin and the french toast was highly recommended to me so that is what I ordered that, when I received my order I had eight thin sliced french toast, when I asked the general manager about it, she stated that they must have ran out of there bread supply and that is why I didn't receive the larger french toast bread, a couple of minutes later the guy behind me received his order of french toast and his came in the larger bread, so I asked another manager and he brought me some right over, h... read more

Terrible service, could have been due to the number of tables the waitress was attending to. Food was good.
Food was tasteless, greasy, and put together sloppily. There was a hair on my boyfriends plate.
We were a little disappointed with the restaurant overall. We waited nearly 1 1/2 hours for our food to come out. The wait staff were very busy and basically neglected to put in our order. We barely saw our waiter and finally had to have the manager intervene. When our food arrived at least it was hot, but tasted mediocre at best. The crab cakes were underdone and the fried chicken with mash very salty. The manger comped us our drinks and gave us pop tarts to go, but not a great experience.
I hadn’t been to the restaurant for a few years and very disappointed: cold beef, stale fries and non attentive server.
