I had my house listed with another realtor for 6 months with no movement on my home, listed with Julie and sold in 3 weeks! We had a fabulous experience with Julie Teel. She is a GO-getter!! We had our house on the market for a little over a year with another realtor and had zero leads on a sale. One Sunday we took off from our home and drove an hour and half to Richard Chambers Lake to see if we might be interested in area to buy a lake house. We drove around all afternoon and late in the day we came across a house we liked. We called the Teal's no. and asked about house and told John what we were doing. Great marketing.Very active on lake properties with a large presence in the market. Listed our home in late October and we had multiple showings immediately due to John and Julie getting the word out. We sold our home quickly and were very satisfied with the service we received.
