Mrs. Goolsby is the Best person to use when you are looking for a home. She will work for you as if she was buying the home for herself. The first day I met her she was so nice, polite, and knew her job. She had multiple homes for me to look at. She will help you even if your credit isn't the best. John was very helpful. Listed property and it sold very quickly. Got a good and fair price. He also helped me move a something off of the property that needed to be moved. He found someone to do that at no cost. I would definitely use them again.

Julie Teel happened to be in her office on a Sunday afternoon when my husband and I were looking at houses on Richland Chambers. We were really on an "outing," but Julie was so easy to be with that we immediately had confidence in her. She showed us two houses, and a few days later, we bought one of them. The process was so fast that we shocked ourselves, but she made our decision easy and we have never once regretted it.

Annette has never let me down with helping me. She has been there, on top of everything and helping every time she could. After going through a lot of struggling finding our dream lake lot, thanks to her, she helped us find the one we settled and fell in love with. I recommend her to anyone and everything.
