Our Realtor Lacey O was awesome! We viewed multiple properties, and narrowed down to a few we really liked, then turned in a offer for the one we bought. She did an incredible job with negotiations and the entire process from purchase to closing! Highly Recommend!

We had been looking for lake properties on line for quite a while. We saw one we were interested in and clicked on contact the agent. Annette contacted us the next day to introduce herself and understand our interest. She quickly set up appointments for us to see properties that met our criteria. When we came up the following weekend she spent the day showing us the homes. She gave us very good input on each property. After a year of having our property with someone else (with no success), we listed it with John & Julie Teel. They did a wonderful job marketing it - using all of the different social media outlets. They kept us informed and sent us a weekly update of the marketing, with a pie chart showing how many views per media. They did such a good job that the property was sold in about 4 months. We highly recommend this agency and were very happy with them.

Julie initially contacted me a little late because she had been at a conference. She did contact me to let me know that. Because I did not hear from her soon, I had already contacted another agent. I contacted her a 2nd time when the agent I had contacted fell through but I never heard back from her. She at least made an attempt to contact me at the beginning.

Keeps up to date on market and knows what the market is doing and what you should do. Was very knowledgeable on what was available at our lake and how it compared to our home.
