RecommendedDropped in without appt to test drive Sorento today. Rory is working on deal for us and we will see him Tuesday. My wife and I did not have time for a test drive yesterday so figured we should today. Met friendly Carl who gladly assisted us with info about car and a very nice test drive. Carl explained safety features in detail and was fun to get to know. Carl and Rory know their business and provide great service.

The salesman Rodney was friendly, had the car that I asked about ready when I got to my appt. he told jokes and was very knowledgeable about the car I requested. the experience was smooth. I will buy my cars from here for sure

RecommendedGreat customer service. I went for a oil change and 23 Point inspection. At first the tech Crystal Nolen seemed a little overwhelmed and curt. However the lobby was packed and I’m sure she was trying to accommodate everyone. My reservation didn’t show on the computer but she got me in anyway. The work took less than 40 mins and was done excellently. Crystal even had a piece of a broken cosmetic mud flapped trimmed. I’m happy with the results. Definitely will recommend Tempe Kia.
