Brought my Kia Soul in for some service - My Service Advisor was covering for Paula, who is great by the way, was off. They found my AC issue was a leaking hose at the crimp - covered under Warranty - Thanks... Also alerted me that the car needed from brake pads, battery was weak and there was a nail in my front tire. Estimate was $442 and when I arrived to pay, the price was actually $441 - Great Job Estimating. I just traded in my 2015 Soul for a 2018 the sales and finance department where outstanding main reason I came back to this dealership. The service department is outstanding would highly recommend it.
I just bought the car, so I haven't taken any long trips, yet. Bur so far, I love my KIA Sorento.
