It's a good feeling to not only have work done on my car that is done properly ( I personally have never had a problem with them ) but to pull up in my car and have a service writer (Paula) remember exactly who I was and that my Mother in law was absent this visit. I hadn't been there in about 9 ish months, so that she remembered me made me feel like I was more than just a number. Service done in a timely manner. I'm happy Thank you.
RecommendedWe had previously went in A Couple years ago after having horrible experience at another Kia Dealership. We called it quits my wife said let's try one more! Went to Tempe Kia and Found an Awesome Kia Soul +. We loved it. And made a deal! We Went in A week ago for routine maintenance. Was Approached by a sales man and honestly had no interest in making a deal�whatsoever! Let him run numbers and he came back with a zero Down deal. We were treated amazing and that's how we left feeling. The salesman (Bryce Young) and the finance managers (Gibby & William) were honest and helpful to meet our needs. We went to 2 other Kia dealerships in the valley and after the second I was so angry with Kia dealerships.
