Verified Renter The hallways, stairwells, and doorways are all kept really dirty. I would advise having them kept clean. The community would overall be so much nicer then. Also the roof banners up above the windows by the pools are all torn and hanging. It is not a pleasant sight. Those little things would make the establishment just come off much nicer. Everything else is really great.

Verified Renter I like this apartment community. The amenities are above average and are always kept clean. The location is also a huge plus. Tempe town lake is a great place to walk and exercise. Some apartments do need an upgrade.

Service and Empathy I am going through the process of living in Ten01 and it has been quite the experience. Since I was moving rushed into Tempe, because of my work, I had to find an apartment really quickly for the best price possible.
