New management The new management is terrible and staff was very rude and disrespectful (Beverly is her name). When you pay as much as I do, you expect better.
Stay Clear! So not worth the money... I have had ongoing maintenance and technology issues with Grigio. I agree with other reviews that dealing with Pavlov Media (they handle internet, cable, and phone) has been an absolute nightmare, but it's not just their fault. Okay but beware So first off, be ready for college students. They are not too loud from what I've had to deal with, but they tend to leave garbage around the place and cause minor damage. The rooms themselves are pretty nice and the location is great. The problem comes if you have an emergent issue. I had a major leak and it leaked for almost 2 hours before getting stopped, 60 minutes of the time was just waiting for them to arrive.
