Teresa contacted me about refinancing. I wasn’t sure what to do or if I should. Theresa took the bull by the horns explained the different options to me and we were refinancing. 2 weeks later there was a change in the market again Teresa was proactive had me cancel the original refinancing and we did it again and I’m now the proud new owner of a 15 year mortgage as opposed to the original 30 year. I like Teresa and her teams. She was very friendly and provided great helps with our loan. Since the load was under a partnership and a little complicated than other cases. She was very professional and gave us lots suggestions that made our case easier to complete. Me and my partner are very appreciated her helps and the interest rate was as expected and even lower.
