Teresa was amazing, however, I started out with patrick.juul@churchillmortgage.com who was awful. He never called or texted me back. I had to call the main office for several weeks just to get him to kind of reach out to me. He promised multiple times to call me back and never did. It took about 4 weeks for the main office who sent me over to Teresa and it was a great experience after that.
