Teresa wasn’t pushy, which is what turned me away from lenders like rocket mortgage. Teresa talked to me like a friend, not just another transaction, and helped me make sound decisions based on my financial situation. Teresa was also patient and helpful despite the challenges I had with weather and availability. Teresa was very responsive and our refinance went exceptionally well. I like the fact that it was Esign and mobile notary was sent to our home . Dionne was prompt and very efficient .

I understand this is the age of Covid-19 but I felt this entire transaction was very impersonal. Yes they did a good job but I never met any one in person. I choose Churchill Mortgage because they are local and not far from our house. I thought we would at least meet someone in person especially at the closing! It was all phone calls, emails, and mobile notaries. I don't have anything against the new "covid way" but I could have used a service like Rocket Mortgage just as easily.
