Teresa, Maggie and the rest of the team did a great job keeping us in the loop. We ran into issues with getting an appraiser out on-time, with multiple delays, however that appeared to be totally related to factors outside the teams control: Christmas and New Year breaks as well as a well above average real estate transaction level. They worked hard to get us squared away and once the report was in from the appraiser the rest of the work happened quickly.
