Communication back and forth was excellent throughout the whole process. The only hangup we had was the day of closing when the wire transfer got delayed due to a banking code error. I would suggest executing the movement of money the day prior to closing to prevent this inconvenience in the future. I would definitely recommend Churchill Mortgage and Teresa!
