Towards the end there seemed to be a lack of communication between different members of the team. And there were a number of issues that came up with underwriting that probably could have been dealt with a long time ago. Thankfully Teresa helped us work through those issues and we got the deal done. It was just pretty stressful along the way.

I felt like there were too many people contacting us for different things. I didn't know who I was supposed to be communicating with. Additionally, we sent materials that were not received. It turns out they were, but somehow were filtered to the recipient's spam folder. It just didn't feel completely professional to me and quite disorganized.
