Just my opinion thought it would of been easier to refinance our home. Always seemed you needed another document. Heard of Churchill through Dave Ramsey and he made it sound it would be quick and easy, it was not.

Multiple people ask for same information so a lot of extra time was submitting the same information . The app has several bugs.

Response time on questions could've been better. Also, notifying us ahead of time of the different people that might be contacting us for gathering information on our loan.

The paper work and numbers were always in disarray. The numbers changed and the lady doing the closing had us fill in address on several forms. This is the first closings of many that has been unorganized and made us question using Churchhill again. This was our second time using you and doubtfull we will use you again. The online interface was combursome and difficult to navigate as well. Teresa was great in explaining things and was great in keeping us updated but your loan process has decline
