We booked a room knowing we'd only be in town for the evening. We were looking for something to do before attending a friends retirement ceremony in Indianapolis the following morning. To begin with, the parking available on a Thursday evening was fantastic and safe! The grounds were very clean and well cared for. The lobby is spacious and there were 3 front desk clerks available to complete check-in for guests, so no wait time. It's been a long time since we received such excellent customer service. Everyone was so willing to accommodate our needs and make sure our stay was an enjoyable one. The queen room was beautiful and comfortable. You can bet that we will be returning soon for another fun get away.

Everything was good till I got there. Because I booked my room through Hotels dot com, I wasn't able to get any of the perks/benefits of free slots etc because I booked through a 3rd party. Now I know, and I won't book through this site in the future if I reserve a room at a casino. Because I arrived in the early evening there were fewer choices of places to eat.
