We had an issue with our bed and they responded promptly. Really nice staff and a very comfortable room.

Five star hotel and casino We enjoyed our stay. The room was well thought out and met every need you could think of. Loved the bathroom. The casino was also spotless. My minimal critique would be to improve the menu variety. & quality in the onsite restaurants. Also the A/C in the room was pretty loud. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. We thought the accommodations were outstanding

The bed was extremely comfortable. We slept so good.. The room was quiet and clean. There is a slight disconnect between the hotel and the casino, but it could be growing pains as the hotel is relatively new.

Beautiful hotel, clean large room with all the goodies. Lots of food choices right there in the casino. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful rooms....pristine property.... Great price.... probably because they want you to gamble! The heating and cooling system seem to be running all the time with a blower on. even when the room gets to the correct temperature, the blower is still going. I didn't mind it because I like background noise, but some may be bothered by it.
