We registered on line with 3 adults. However, nowhere did it say adults had to be 21. We weren't even allowed to enter.

Check in says 4pm. We arrived at 9pm and there wasn’t a room ready

This hotel was like a ghost land. There are no services available (allegedly only offered on weekends?) A huge disappointment.

This casino is ok, Would I return probably not. 6.75 for a beer, The building is beautiful, The reason for coming here lacks as a casino and a resort hav1that's obviously not true

NO UNDER 21 GUESTS This is a review for both the hotel and hotels.com. The hotel does not allow guests under 21 to stay at the hotel even if accompanied by a parent/adult. This was not stated in the hotels.com listing.

The place had a nice casino playing area. Check in was okay customer service not so much safety and communication not so much. Gor done playing slots the. Went to bed around 1am was sleeping awesome! 3-3:30 alarm went off in room loud noise lights it was as if the room won the grand tried to gwt some more rest. Nope got up after 6am grabbed a coffee and headed down to go outside before that spoke to the desk about what happened he explained a tornado warning i said ok and the room we was in was a disability room.
