I didn't like i was locked out my room for over hour. Told them my key didn't work. So they said they fixed it but not. Did this three times finally the lady that was doing the keys she came to door with us. Sge tried keys and tried her main key didn't work.(room 320) so she called maintenance he worked with door couldn't get nothing. So he called some more guys for help. The property is new, nice and clean. Rooms are large. Heating/AC unit is insanely loud. Sounds like a jet engine is taking off every time it runs.
If you are living with a disability and have a desire to participate and enjoy a weekend Gaming and relaxing in Terre Haute, DO NOT waste your time or money at the casino in Terre Haute, IN. This casino is in violation of the ADA!
They need more warm smoking places
No heat or hot water in the building. Were not tokd about this at time of check in. Couldnt go elsewhere because we booked thru a third party hotels.com
