Loud HVAC system that does not have an on/ off option couldn't sleep is was so loud. Staff pretended to be suprised learning this.

Too damn cold! The noise of the fan in the room is too loud! The air movement on the casino flood, made our time very difficult! Thanks, good luck, I do not see another visit anytime soon!

Great Hotel, raping slot machines The Hotel is new and world class. This explains why they have the slot machines set up to rake people over the coals. They are obviously trying to get the $290,000,000 back as quickly as possible For this reason, we may stay at the hotel, but won’t play in the casino. You simply could t lose money any faster

Disappointed Our room was attractive but the mattress so soft it was difficult to sleep on. My husbands side of the bed was already broken down and unless he laid toward the center he would almost roll out of bed. Disappointing for a brand new hotel that’s only been open a few months! Although this casino resort lists several restaurants only one is open for lunch or dinner during the week and the food not appealing or tasty. We made the most of our two night stay but will not return.

Two negatives. 1) They charged us a resort fee, and the pool wasn't open! 2) They have this asinine rule that you are NOT ALLOWED to take your coffee from the casino to your hotel room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Key doesn't work and no help! Very nice room - but check-in was a nightmare. The key did not scan - so we pulled our suitcase back down to the front desk - they swiped the key again, acted like we were cray and didn't know how to operate the room key and sent us back up to try again. The key did not work. We pulled our suitcase down to the lobby again. The gentleman at the desk acted like we weren't doing something correct and swiped the key again and handed it to me. The rooms were nice and the corner suites were amazing! However, I do not like the $10 daily resort fee. You dont get preferred parking, so you park with everyone else and it's packed, so we were stuck way out everyday. The wifi is not secured, so we asked why the charge? We were told so we can have access to the gym and pool. The pool is not open and those things are included with EVERY HOTEL!!!
