NO UNDER 21 GUESTS This is a review for both the hotel and hotels.com. The hotel does not allow guests under 21 to stay at the hotel even if accompanied by a parent/adult. This was not stated in the hotels.com listing.

The place had a nice casino playing area. Check in was okay customer service not so much safety and communication not so much. Gor done playing slots the. Went to bed around 1am was sleeping awesome! 3-3:30 alarm went off in room loud noise lights it was as if the room won the grand tried to gwt some more rest. I didn't like i was locked out my room for over hour. Told them my key didn't work. So they said they fixed it but not. Did this three times finally the lady that was doing the keys she came to door with us. Sge tried keys and tried her main key didn't work.(room 320) so she called maintenance he worked with door couldn't get nothing. So he called some more guys for help. The property is new, nice and clean. Rooms are large. Heating/AC unit is insanely loud. Sounds like a jet engine is taking off every time it runs.
