Big thanks to Anna ****** and Tahereh who lent us great assistance in responding to the Texas Comptroller for a 4-year look back on Sales and Hotel taxes. Having been in business in Texas for over 25 years we'd always payed really close attention to our tax liabilities. We have been in Business for 50 Years this year and lucky enough to NOT have had an audit until now. I contacted Texas Tax Group and they set us up with Nick ********. Nick ******** was exceptional in his handling of this audit during the very stressful covid-19 scare in the US. The programs and data download files were easy to utilize in getting the information to the auditor. Nick's knowledge of the tax law made communication with the auditor seamless and effective. Audits can be complicated, this one was not, thanks to the Texas Tax Group and Nick ********.

These are honest people. I was audited by the state and knew I had filed incorrectly (100% my fault) but decided to have Dino and Ted take a look at my audit, anyway. They easily could have taken my money and made promises that they could not keep but instead just told me there was not much they could do for me because of my misinterpretation of the tax law when I had filed over the audit period.
