I called 2 weeks in advance to get an appointment to get my oil changed. They sent me in the mail a $50 discount card to be used on any service. I assumed with an appointment it would take less than 30 minutes to get my oil changed. I was told they were backed up and it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours if waiting in the lobby. I called my husband to come pick me up and I did get a call 2 hours later that my car was ready to be picked up. They gave me a detailed report on what needed attention and I took my car to a local mechanic... read more
