The sales staff are courteous and professional. They listen to customers patiently and answer their questions satisfactorily. They tell you the truth and the whole truth about the vehicle you want to buy. They service their vehicles very well and have them in very good condition before selling them to customers.

Service is usually very slow at this dealership. No matter how early you bring your car in. A simply oil change (and routine inspection?) will take a minimum of an hour and half (Even though I booked the very first appointment of the day at 7:15am). Be ware that the dealership will always recommend anywhere between $500~2000 worth of "recommended services" in big bold red letters. Don't fall for it. Requested the safety recall services to be done, but the service advisor didn't even bother to talk about it.

It took all day, I didn't receive printout of inspection, no car wash voucher, and my headlight bulb they claimed to replace was burnt out in 4 days and had to pay to replace again.
