I had run into some bumps with other companies when trying to refinance. Texas Lending was able to get the refinance done and did it in about three weeks. It was a very easy process for me.

Absolutely the only way I would consider doing another cash out refinance, mortgage loan or standard refinance would be only if its with Texas Lending. The team they have are excellent at what they do and they are attentive, patient and knowledgeable with any questions or concerns I had on my cash out refinance home mortgage loan.
