For the most part everything was smooth. The only issue is with the time it took to be approved and the repeated requests for docs that could have been asked for sooner which cost me about $1000 to retain my locked in rate when we went past the lock period
Even though very busy at the time, Texas Lending was able to close our loan before we left on vacation.

Lupe was a patient rep who was great at explaining the process and had no problem with answering all my questions throughout, even when i repeated the question later! The closing process was easy with all documents ready and no clock pressure.

Huge high five to Ken Knight and Matt Bentler. They did a job beyond exceptional.; both of them were really helpful and kept us posted on every step of the financing process. Communication was seamless, via email, phone or text. They did an awesome job and we closed on time, even though there were some bumps on the road. We will definitely work with Texas Lending again.
