Our only complaint was that our appraisal request got lost somewhere internally at Texas Lending. So instead of taking about three weeks to close, it took almost six weeks. The people from Texas Lending treated us very well, and we are very happy with the service. I have already recommended to a couple of friends!

With COVID-19 to deal with almost everything was handled by email. Follow up was quick. My case had some hiccups due to a voluntary leave of absence from work, but they continued working with me. After years of trying to refinance, I finally got the results I wanted.

This was not our first time doing business with Texas Lending. Just as previously they were terrific from start to finish. I'm not sure if there is ANY way they could improve the services provided.
