Very "user friendly" experience. Bryan was most helpful and answered all of our questions.
Peggy Loar was exceptional. The long delays due to long wait for 2 appraisals and extreme differences. The process took 2 1/2 months. Overall Peggy was very helpful just the process was longer than anticipated
My first contact with Adrianne was a breath of fresh air in a field crowded with companies saying anything to get my business. She listened, and gave me exactly what I wanted with out the fluff stuff and hidden meanings. The process was so quick and easy I told my boss. He may be calling you guys. Although the loan process was a bit tedious for me, the officers were extremely helpful, reassuring, and immediately responded to my phone calls and emails regardless of the time.
Shawn made the process extremely easy. Any questions we had, Shawn would find the answer. Overall, I would say Texas Lending works great together as a team to give their customers the best experience possible. We would definitely recommend them.
