Texas Lending made quick closing possible. Victor Contreras and Diana Dunn were great and very patient with me. Bottom line is, I will do business with Texas Lending no questions asked for my next Mortgage.
Everyone was attentive and responded to questions quickly. The process went relatively smoothly and I appreciated the convenience of e-signing most of the documents.
From the first call to the final signing, everything was great. Nathan was very accommodating and willing to answer all my questions, at all times of day and evening. They worked diligently on my loan and kept me informed of my options the whole time.
You all did great. In your commercials you end it with "we got em" and you certainly do. Thanks for all your help. I felt you truly had my best interest at heart. We got it done for sure. Thanks for everything.

They were very helpful and answered every question we had. Very friendly. Walked us through the whole procedure step by step. Joe was awesome!
Victor and Terra did very well working with to get everything done. Victor spent a lot of time on the phone with me, answering every question that I had as a first time homebuyer. He helped me break down everything I needed as the process went along. Terra helped me with a lot of the processing question in a timely manner. She was great to work with when the underwriter needed documents and helped speed up the process.
I think from what Peggy Loat said, this was a particularly difficult process. The fact that we entered into bankruptcy six months before seeking a reverse mortgage complicated matters, but throughout the process Peggy kept her cool and when I became impatient with the demands the underwriter placed upon us, she managed to talk me down and get the deal done. I most certainly appreciate her assistance.
Joe and Debbie were fantastic to work with; they went above and beyond towards helping get our loan.
