Texas Lending was very responsive (I never waited more than a few hours for answers to questions). Refinancing is not a quick or easy process to always understand. There is a lot of industry terminology that can be intimidating and difficult to interpret. Texas Lending helped to interpret what was happening with our current mortgage, what the costs were going to be for the refinance, and they worked with us to tailor a refinance that worked for us. Very dedicated loan officers and processors. Only had one kink, when our original loan processor disappeared without a warning leaving us to feel that we were lost in the shuffle. I had to make the call to see what was going on, in order to have the loan put into the hands of another processor that stepped in like a champion (Margaretta) and finalized the loan. Our loan officer was spectacular and very knowledgeable
