Quick and easy cash-out re-finance. We even got our locked rate lowered when I read that rates had fallen. Grateful to now be able to get necessary plumbing repairs completed.
The process was smooth, fast and easy. Texas Lending did a great job however, the experience with the title company at closing was awful. Very unprofessional and left very unsatisfied.
