My loan process was professional, fast and actually a pleasant experience. I was walked through the entire process by loan members within each department that worked on my loan, and they kept me up on the progress on a continual cycle. I was treated respectfully by all. The experience was great, everyone I talked to was very friendly and wonderful. Which made me feel comfortable, I was a little afraid of doing everything on the computer but I got through it.
Dana Hemphill was terrific. From when I first called her until funding was only 27 days. They are very organized and have this process down pat. I would definitely use Dana and Texas lending again if needed.
