My experience was excellent starting with the initial phone call. Mr. Frank was very professional and demonstrated great interest in what I was seeking to achieve with a re-fi. We reviewed my credit report and discussed some debt consolidation options that would be potentially favorable, for me. The electronic check list to gather documents was also a benefit. Fletcher did an amazing job. He said he could close the refi in three weeks and he did just that. He stayed in contact even checking on me when I had an accident in my home. Thanks for a quick and easy closing. Bills are all paid off now!

Overall we had a great experience. During the process we would of like to have more frequent communication just to keep us inform with the updates of the loan but other than that we were very pleased with the outcome.
