Tim provided us with great customer service. Through the process, my wife and I had so many questions as it this was our first home buy. Tim was patient and diligent to answer all our questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. We were expecting to have to pay for two appraisals and also that our closing costs were going to be high. Tim went to bat by working some things so that we didn't have to do a second appraisal.
