My experience was excellent starting with the initial phone call. Mr. Frank was very professional and demonstrated great interest in what I was seeking to achieve with a re-fi. We reviewed my credit report and discussed some debt consolidation options that would be potentially favorable, for me. The electronic check list to gather documents was also a benefit.
