Tim provided us with great customer service. Through the process, my wife and I had so many questions as it this was our first home buy. Tim was patient and diligent to answer all our questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. We were expecting to have to pay for two appraisals and also that our closing costs were going to be high. You made the whole process very simple. It only took a few weeks and we were closing.
Our experience with Texas Lending was wonderful from start to finish, in a very short time.
Brian was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The whole cash back refinance process went as Brian advised and was completed within a few short weeks.
My 2nd refi with TL and another streamlimed, stress-free process. Had investigated other lenders without success but TL proved themselves yet again and got the refi completed where others could not. Will only use TL now for my mortgage needs. Much thanks!
