I started my refinance process with a simple inquiry on-line. Within 5 minutes of hitting Send, I got a phone call from Allan and off we went! It was less than 24 hours and I had received and email from Diana who led me through the online paperwork process. When you hear ads on the radio that say they are the best; BELIEVE THAT! 17 days, 17 days from initial contact to closing the loan. I challenge anyone to find better service anywhere.
