We had a short time frame but we made it. Complete in three weeks after prequalification.

Kris and Sandy did a great job of always being available whenever we had any question. The people BEHIND them could have done a better job of making sure the information that was provided was accurate PRIOR to closing. Several times I stated my place of employment was INCORRECT. I was told several times it would be corrected -- it never was. Even at closing, the closer had documentation with the WRONG information.
