Our first rep assigned dropped the ball HOWEVER, when we asked for a new rep and everything forward was as prompt and unbelievably lead by experienced,knowledgeable reps who made everything move along smoothly. I cannot say enough good things about William Cobb, the mortgage consultant I had the pleasure of meeting. Mr. Cobb is polite, kind, and he is easy to talk to. He doesn't play games (like those other mortgage consultants at other companies). He gets straight to helping you. He speaks very clearly and explains what the next step is in ways everyone can understand. If you are using Texas Lending, you HAVE TO use William Cobb as your mortgage consultant.
