Michael Frank and Jen Ward walked my wife and me through the necessary tasks quickly and professionally. They even arranged for the notary to meet with us on a Saturday to facilitate closing more quickly when we were set to be out of town for a week. Class act by all involved!
Communication was good throughout. The only thing I wish was different is the entire payout was addressed to me and not my payers. This way, the two bills would have been paid last week and another payment would not need to be made. I still have no idea who I need to pay for my first mortgage payment. Thank you!
