Kris and Sandy did a great job of always being available whenever we had any question. The people BEHIND them could have done a better job of making sure the information that was provided was accurate PRIOR to closing. Several times I stated my place of employment was INCORRECT. I was told several times it would be corrected -- it never was. Even at closing, the closer had documentation with the WRONG information.
Wonderful, painless, easy process. Mr. Daryl was on it from the first day I called and throughout the entire process.
Service was professional and fast. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable. My agent Ryan Cuffee has integrity. He told me the truth about anything I asked.
