I was skeptical at first because no one communicated with me and you all waited awhile to get things going because one of your employees left the company in the beginning of my process. His manager Max stepped in and everything was okay from there. I had to make sure everything on my end was completed but it was a long process. Great experience, we were buying from out of state so the whole process happened with a computer. William was always happy to help, always answered calls or called back right away. They even set us up with a great real estate agent that had our best interests in mind. I'm extremely impressed with the integrity of texas lending.
