After making two failed attempts at refinancing with a "Space" type mortgage company, working with Texas Lending was a breeze! We were able to do the cash-out refinance with minimal hassle and paperwork. I have now paid off four large credit card balances and have a very manageable monthly mortgage payment. If only I had tried Texas Lending first. Great job!
