Great until closing. Lady doing closing missed a piece of paperwork and made us come back to sign. We live an hour away so not good.

Everything was organized & well prepared. One needs to understand that the customer/ clients typically don’t do this everyday while the employees at TX Lending do. It is second nature to them but not necessarily to the clients. Sometimes a brief explanation of why certain docs are required is nice rather than just because.
