The outcome was fine, we got a decent rate. But the process took way too long and the appraisal was subpar at best. The customer service declined as soon as things started to get difficult. I contacted my representative, Stephanie Mishou multiple times for answers regarding the delays and what our options were and she did not once call me to explain. The loan officers were great. They kept in contact via emails and my refinance was processed very fast. I think it was done in about 3 weeks. The title company they used was also great. Closing was done three days from when I signed the final paperwork. I have bought and sold a few houses and this was my most pleasant experience.
