We had been hesitant to refinance because of problems experienced by other people we knew. After sales pitches from various lenders, including our current mortgage lender, we chose Texas Lending. Our cash-out refi went so smoothly. After waiting for a nationwide known bank for 5 months with no action taken on a loan, I contacted Texas Lending. I received a call from my loan officer within a couple hours. He discussed our options with us and we filled out the loan app. We were approved and closed in one month. Texas Lending was responsive to all questions I had and everything went so smoothly. I highly recommend this company.

We came to Texas Lending for a cash out refinance loan partly because of the commercials, but decided to stick with them for the loan because of the way they handled the transaction. Did everything go off without a problem? They did not (few thing that involve more than one moving part ever do completely). We had a couple of small bumps in the road that were handled by the staff at Texas Lending in a prompt and professional manner and the loan was done on time and the outcome was as promised.
