I must say that JOSEPH BYERS is far-and-away the best intermediary a corporate entity could hope for! Having been a Boy Scout in the 1950's, I memorized the Law for this organization and I have never forgotten it! I have used it over the years as a type of litmus test by which I have judged the character of an individual. Joe passed with flying colors! You can Google the Boy Scout Law if you are so inclined.
