90% was so easy, all E-sign, there were a few mishaps at the end, part my fault, but all in all really easy refi, 38 days from start til closing.

Your team, Justin Vititoe and Marie Debe, were very helpful, supportive and fast to respond to any of my questions, communication was excellent. The only problem I encounter was with your underwriting department, I felt like the underwriter was a trainee and missed a couple of guidelines that slowed down the process.
