William was a huge help! I am a first time home buyer and from the very beginning he was patient and explained everything. William responded extremely quickly when I asked any questions and would call frequently to check in and ask if he could help with any questions during the process. I had no clue about the process but William went above and beyond to make it go smooth for me. I would highly recommend working with him!
