I loved my Loan Officer Andrea. Was not pleased with the lack of instruction and information that was provided by the processors and underwriting. As a first time home buyer, I needed to rely heavily on your organization to guide me thru this process and it seemed as if the processors and underwriting were not forthcoming with requirements so that I could gather the correct information to complete the process. The entire process was extremely stressfull.

The outcome was fine, we got a decent rate. But the process took way too long and the appraisal was subpar at best. The customer service declined as soon as things started to get difficult. I contacted my representative, Stephanie Mishou multiple times for answers regarding the delays and what our options were and she did not once call me to explain.
